    Can I connect an operator to the chatbot if necessary?

    Yes, of course. Connecting an operator is available in paid plans.

    How to prevent the bot from engaging in off-topic conversations?

    The prohibition parameters are specified in the bot’s settings.

    How to retrain the bot if I have a new product or the price has changed?

    What are tokens?

    Tokens can be considered as word stems. Before the API processes requests, the phrase is broken down into tokens. These tokens do not split precisely where words begin or end – tokens may include trailing spaces and even subwords. Here are some useful empirical rules for understanding tokens in terms of length:
    1 token ~= 4 characters in English.
    1 token ~= ¾ of a word.
    100 tokens ~= 75 words.
    1-2 sentences ~= 30 tokens.

    What is a skill?

    It is an additional behavior model, activated by a keyword or event, such as data collection, data retrieval from a database, or sending data to an external CRM, ERP, Slack, etc. There can be multiple skills, which are individually configured in the “Skills” section of GPTagent.

    How to avoid bot disconnection when the balance runs out?

    In the GPTagent personal account, enable auto-replenishment of the balance, and it will be topped up with 20$ when the account balance falls below 5$. The amount will be deducted in the currency of your card.

    Can I get technical support for the GPTagent service?
